We work with you to ensure that we understand how you will use the system to enhance your message, how you want your audience to experience that message, and to get you set up with a system that’s reliable and user-friendly.
DESIGN
First, we come to your place to learn about your requirements. We will design the system for you based on the architectural plan and the acoustics of the space. Furthermore, we ensure that the design is done within your budget.
DEMO
We believe that you should be given a demonstration of the system that we designed for you so that you can have a feel for it before we make a final decision. As a result, we’ll let you pick the best day and time for the demonstration. We will proceed to the next step only when you have been convinced by the demo.
IMPLEMENTATION
After you’ve finalised the system, we’ll show you how to complete tasks such as electrical supply before we begin the installation. We’ll deliver the product to the job site and assist you with all pre-installation tasks.
INSTALLATION
Prior to installation, we will check the electrical supply. We install the system for you, including laying the cables and soldering the cables. Before we finish the installation, we double-check that everything is working properly.
TRAINING
We understand that hiring a professional sound engineer is out of reach for many organisations. As a result, we create the system in such a way that anyone can become a sound engineer with only a little training. As a result, we typically arrive at our clients’ locations 3-6 days after installation to train them at their leisure.
SUPPORT
We feel that only by providing exceptional after-sales service will we be able to flourish as a company. As a result, we provide ten years of service and support, three of which are complimentary, and the remaining seven years are prorated. When a problem arises with a product we supply, we usually replace it with our backup system until the problem is rectified.
